What You Need to Know Before Buying
Are your products certified?
Yes. Our products are tested and certified in accordance with international quality and safety standards. Our Attestation of Compliance certificate demonstrates that our products meet the requirements of the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. This allows us to offer our customers safe, durable, and long-lasting products.
Furthermore, our company also holds the following important documents:

This certifies that our production processes comply with international quality management standards and that all our products are meticulously controlled.
✅ O2 Vehicle Type Approval Certificate
Our company is capable of manufacturing trailers in the O2 vehicle category, and these vehicles can be produced in accordance with European type approval requirements.
✅ Vehicle Registration and Licensing System Competence
As part of authorized dealer practices, we can provide support for vehicle registration processes when necessary.
✅ Registered Product Design
Our motorcycle carrier is registered under Industrial Property Law No. 6769 and is protected for 5 years from 20/09/2024.

Do you have a physical store?
Yes. We welcome our customers at our store in Maslak Auto Industrial Estate, offering them the opportunity to examine our products up close and receive one-on-one support from our expert team. With our professional service approach, we help you evaluate the most suitable solutions for your needs on-site.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally in Maslak, Istanbul. We handle our production entirely ourselves to ensure our products are high-quality and affordable.
Does it need to be registered on the title?
There is no mandatory registration requirement for most of our products. However, some of our customers may wish to register their products based on their preferences. In such cases, the process can proceed in accordance with TSE requirements.

Do your products pass vehicle inspection?
During vehicle inspection, some equipment may need to be temporarily removed if it is connected to the chassis. Our products are designed to be easily removable and re-installable thanks to their user-friendly design, and many of our customers can perform this operation practically themselves.
Applications may vary depending on the vehicle model, product type, and inspection station assessments. You can contact us for detailed information about the inspection process. Our team will be happy to assist you.
Do the products damage vehicles?
No. Our products are designed with the technical structure of vehicles in mind and will not damage your vehicle when properly installed and used. Our equipment, produced to preserve vehicle safety and driving comfort, offers long-lasting use.
Professional installation is recommended for the most accurate application. Our products, which have been safely preferred in many different vehicle models to date, are developed with a focus on user satisfaction.
Which vehicles is it compatible with?
We offer products compatible with many different vehicle models, including pickups, SUVs, passenger cars, and light commercial vehicles. For correct product selection, please share your vehicle's make, model, and year information with us.
Do you provide assembly services?
Yes. Our installation service is professionally carried out by our expert team at our service point in Maslak Auto Industrial Zone. All necessary technical checks are meticulously performed during the installation process to ensure complete compatibility and maximum safety for your vehicle.
While installation services cannot be offered for orders placed from outside the city, we recommend that our products be installed by authorized service centers or expert technicians.
When will I receive my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Is there an outright sale for any of the purchases?
We cannot accept returns on certain items. These items are clearly marked prior to purchase.
